Energy, energy. Everywhere energy. This morning I got up at sunrise and took a long hike (okay, partly because I actually got lost on the trails) and then hiked up to the Boynton Vista Vortex, also known as Kachina Woman. It was early, about 6:30, and I had the vortex almost all to myself. There was a drummer on another peak, which just added to the magic of the moment. I meditated and visualized golden energy coursing up from the core of Mother Earth and into my body, starting with my feet and legs and running through all 7 chakras. I truly did feel energetic currents as I prayed for guidance and gave thanks for all the blessings in my life.
On my hike I had met a lovely doe grazing on some grass in a clearing. We had studied each other for several minutes before she glided silently back into the coverage of the forest. Another Magical Moment, and I prayed for her on the Vortex as well.
And for all you FitBit’ers out there, I hit 10,000 steps before 8 am, certainly a record for me!
